Die Cut Coffee Capsules
This die cut lid application is in mono aluminum or as a laminate with polyester for higher puncture resistance, both are available lacquered or coex-coated. Sealing against PP, PE-and PBT-based coffee capsules.
ADVANTAGES
- Special sealing lacquers or coating resins are used, to ensure a strong sealing of the lid after brewing in the coffee machine
- A tailor-made aluminium alloy is used, to ensure a proper coffee extraction
- Partly embosed application for better bar code readability
- Very high O2 and H2O barrier is provided by all materials
